摘要: 目的:探讨臂丛神经的超声解剖结构,以及超声引导下臂丛神经阻滞的优势。方法:应用高频超声观察18例健康志愿
者双侧臂丛神经各分支的走行,并获取其长轴及短轴切面声像图,分析超声引导下臂丛神经阻滞的优势。结果:高频超声可清
晰显示正常臂丛神经的位置、走行和解剖关系,超声引导下臂丛神经阻滞操作时间短、成功率高。结论:高频超声能显示臂丛
神经解剖结构,超声引导下可视化阻滞安全可靠,值得临床推广应用。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the ultrasonic anatomy of brachial plexus and the advantages of brachial plexus block guided by
ultrasound. Methods: High frequency ultrasound was used in scanning the brachial plexus branches in 18 healthy volunteers with both
sides, and the longitudinal and transversal views were obtained, the advantages of brachial plexus block guided by ultrasound was
analysed. Results: High-frequency ultrasound can clearly show the position, course and anatomic relationship of normal brachial
plexus. Under the ultrasound-guided, the operation time of brachial plexus block is short and the success rate is high. Conclusion:
High-frequency ultrasound could clearly show the anatomic structure of the brachial plexus. Visualization block guided by ultrasound
is safe and reliable, and is worth clinic popularization and application.
